End of the Year Blues
I've kinda been in denial about the fact that Alexandra is already done with her first year of preschool. She had a great year of learning new things, getting to know new friends, facing new experiences, going on field trips, multiple play dates and so on and so on. It was a great year. She loved every minute of it, well, up until she was asked by her teacher to put on her "graduation" hat for her promotion ceremony! Can't you see her displeasure? She kept fiddling with her mouth and lips because she so didn't want that hat on her head! Our little Alex is such a finicky girl. I'd have thought she would have loved to sport this hat, but, to our surprise, she didn't. Despite her frustration and dislike for the hat, she still looked pretty stinkin cute...and too grown up for me!

Great picts! OK, OK...I'm inspired to re-start the blog...well, soon at least :). Kerri
Ahhh, she's adorable. It's funny that you think she would love the hat. My Noah still doesn't want any hat that someone is MAKING him wear. Good for her for keeping it on! :) End of the year is sad isn't it? I cannot wait for September when Noah starts school (he's been out of preschool since December when I quit work).AH!
