The past few days have been a blur. We moved almost all of our things into our wonderful new home...did I mention how amazing it is to have almost 800 square feet extra? The kids barely know what to do, so much space to play and roam. I am lost in my new kitchen, full with new corian countertops, extended butcher block island and convection oven! We've spent the last few days unpacking, organizing, cleaning, playing and figuring out where things should go. The kids have been troopers throughout this entire process and are enjoying getting back into our normal routine.
In my efforts to maximize my time during the day (and during nap time), I decided to try something I never had before-- buying our groceries online! If you are like me, just a simple trip to the grocery store can become a big deal. Here lately, Alexandra has insisted that we get that huge race car driver cart, you know, the one you can hardly steer down the aisles? It makes for a LONG trip to the store, all the while trying to collect what we need and keep the Mister happy. Trying to avoid a long trip again, especially among the mess we have here to organize, I immediately thought of the delivery truck I saw in the parking lot of a store in town. After some research, they had a deal I just couldn't refuse! If you spent over $50, you could have FREE delivery! What mother would pass that up? What mother with a mess of unpacking and moving would pass up that deal in the rain?
So, I logged in with my list, ordered up what we needed (a lot since I tried to deplete most of our things prior to the move) and scheduled the delivery. Early the next morning the doorbell rang. There was a nice older gentleman with all my groceries in hand! Amazing! Technology never felt so good. The best part was I saved $32 too!

So glad you are getting settled! Your new home sounds dreamy! And groceries at your doorstep? Awesome! I need to seriously look into that. Sending love...
This is a great way for Aunt Pat to keep up with my niece and her babies.
